Our mapping tool automatically detects columns in your CSV. If the auto-detection isn't quite right, you can always adjust the column mapping manually — your selections are remembered for each CSV format.
You can upload files containing 2 to 6 columns:
Order Number (e.g. #1001 or 1001) - Required
Tracking Code (the package tracking number) - Required
Carrier Name (e.g. Allied Express, Australia Post, DHL) - Optional
Tracking URL (direct link for custom carriers) - Optional
SKU (product SKU to fulfill only specific items) - Optional
Quantity (quantity of the SKU to fulfill) - Optional
💡 Using a custom export format? If you use a CSV, Excel, XML, or other format directly from your shipping carrier or ERP/WMS system, you don't have to manually format it! Send a sample file to support@shopflowtools.com and we will add a custom parser for your shop.
Missing your local carrier or has the tracking link changed? Contact us at support@shopflowtools.com and we will add it!

💡 Tip: We automatically matched your CSV columns. Double-check or adjust them below:
Used for minor carriers not recognized by Shopify if the Tracking URL column is blank in your CSV. The fallback URL will NOT be generated for major carriers natively supported by Shopify (USPS, UPS, DHL Express, FedEx, Canada Post, Sendle, Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, GLS, TNT, Australia Post, YunExpress, OnTrac, Chronopost, Colissimo, La Poste, Correos, Poste Italiane) so that Shopify can handle them natively.
If you do not want to use a fallback URL, simply clear this field.
Custom fallback tracking URLs are automatically saved when you choose a preset from the dropdown or click "Preview Fulfillments".
